- BASED ON DECREE NO. 73/CP OF NOVEMBER 1, 1995 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
- BASED ON DIRECTIVE NO. 28/1998/CT-TTg OF AUGUST 19, 1998 OF THE PRIME MINISTER ON STRENGTHENING AND MODERNIZING STATISTICAL WORK;
- TO MEET THE INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS FOR MANAGEMENT WORK OF THE SECTOR IN THE NEW PHASE. WITH THE AGREEMENT OF THE GENERAL STATISTICS COUNCIL AT LETTER NO. 81/TCTK-PPCĐ OF FEBRUARY 5, 2001;
- BASED ON THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING AND URBAN PLANNING DEPARTMENT;

Article 1. NOW ISSUES THE REGIME OF PERIODIC STATISTICAL REPORTING FOR THE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT SECTOR APPLICABLE TO THE PROVINCE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENTS AND FOREST INSPECTION BRANCHES.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 3. THE DIRECTORS OF THE PROVINCE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENTS AND FOREST INSPECTION BRANCH HEADS OF THE PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FULLY AND TIMELY REPORTING INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE ATTACHED FORMS IN THIS DECISION.
THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE AND THE HEADS OF THE PLANNING AND URBAN PLANNING DEPARTMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR GUIDING, URGING AND MONITORING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REPORTING REGIME ABOVE.
