DECREE
Regarding the adjustment of the administrative boundaries of Vinh Hai Ward to establish Vinh Hoa Ward, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa Province and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Department of the Government;
DECREE:
Article 1. Now, the administrative boundaries of Vinh Hai Ward are adjusted to establish Vinh Hoa Ward, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province as follows:
Vinh Hoa Ward is established based on 1,156.44 hectares of natural area and 9,369 population from Vinh Hai Ward.
The administrative boundaries of Vinh Hoa Ward: East borders the East Sea; West and South border Vinh Hai Ward; North borders Vinh Luong Commune.
After adjusting the administrative boundaries to establish Vinh Hoa Ward, Vinh Hai Ward retains 447.56 hectares of natural area and 13,933 population.
Article 2. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days after the date of signature. All previous regulations that conflict with this Decree are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa Province, the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Department of the Government, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
