DECISION
QUYETING NO. 22/2004/QĐ-BNV OF MARCH 29, 2004 PERMITTING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF VIETNAM ANTI-COUNTERFEITING AND TRADEMARK PROTECTION ASSOCIATION
MINISTER OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/SL-L004 dated May 20, 1957 on the right to establish associations;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 stipulating functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 88/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 30, 2003 on organization, operation and management of associations;
Considering the proposal of the Steering Committee for the establishment of Vietnam Anti-Counterfeiting and Trademark Protection Association, the proposal of the Ministry of Trade, and the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations.
DECIDES:
Article 1. To permit the establishment of Vietnam Anti-Counterfeiting and Trademark Protection Association.
Article 2. Vietnam Anti-Counterfeiting and Trademark Protection Association shall organize and operate in accordance with its Charter approved by the Minister of Home Affairs, and be subject to management by the Ministry of Trade.
Vietnam Anti-Counterfeiting and Trademark Protection Association shall finance its own operations and means of operation.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Chairman of Vietnam Anti-Counterfeiting and Trademark Protection Association, the Director of the Department of Non-Governmental Organizations, and the Secretary-General of the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
