DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES
Regarding the issuance of Industry Standards
MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES
BASED ON DECREE NUMBER 43/2003/NĐ-CP ON MAY 2, 2003 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING FOR THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AQUATIC RESOURCES;
At the request of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1. The following four industry standards concerning technical procedures for producing fish seed and intensive farming of tra and basa fish are hereby issued pursuant to this Decision:
1. 28TCN 211 : 2004 : Technical procedure for producing tra fish seed.
2. 28TCN 212 : 2004 : Technical procedure for producing basa fish seed.
3. 28TCN 213 : 2004 : Technical procedure for intensive farming of tra fish.
4. 28TCN 214 : 2004 : Technical procedure for intensive farming of basa fish.
Article 2. The above standards are encouraged to be applied to freshwater aquaculture production facilities throughout the country and shall take effect fifteen days after their publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office; Heads of Departments, Inspectorate, and Units under the Ministry; Directors of Fisheries Departments, Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development with fisheries management responsibilities; production facilities mentioned in Article 2 and other related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
