THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
On the basis of Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Based on the Minutes No. 187/BXD-KHCN dated December 26, 2002 of the Scientific and Technological Review Council for the acceptance of the standard "Concrete mixing water and mortar - General requirements";
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Institute of Construction Science and Technology at Circular No. 504/VKH - KHKT dated May 21, 2004 and the Director of the Department of Science and Technology,
DECISION:
Article 1: Issued attached to this decision is 01 Construction Standard of Vietnam Male: TCXDVN 302: 2004 "Concrete mixing water and mortar - Technical requirements".
Article 2: This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3: The following officials: the Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Science and Technology, the Director of the Institute of Construction Science and Technology, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
