THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT;
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS ONE VIETNAMESE CONSTRUCTION STANDARD:
TCXDVN 341:2005 "Wall Paint - Emulsion Paint - Method for Determining the Thermal Humidity Resistance of the Paint Film".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Directors of the Ministry's Office, Heads of Science and Technology Departments, and Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
