DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
Regarding the approval of the adjustment to the plan for restructuring and modernizing some state-owned enterprises directly under the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province
under the People's Committee of Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu Province
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 155/2004/QĐ-TTg dated August 24, 2004 of the Government Chairman on issuing criteria and classification lists for state-owned enterprises and independent accounting member companies under state-owned corporations;
Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the adjustment to the Plan for Restructuring and Modernizing Some State-Owned Enterprises Directly Under the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province in 2005 as set out in the attached appendix.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province shall be responsible for directing the implementation of the restructuring and modernization of state-owned enterprises directly under its jurisdiction in accordance with the approved content.
Article 3. The Ministries of Finance, Planning and Investment, Home Affairs, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, and related agencies shall be responsible for coordinating with the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province in implementing the aforementioned Plan.
The Steering Committee for Enterprise Reform and Development shall be responsible for urging, guiding, and monitoring the implementation.
Article 4. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province and heads of relevant agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
