BASED ON DIRECTIVE NO. 10/2006/CT-TTG OF MARCH 23, 2006 OF THE PRIME MINISTER ON REDUCING ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENTS AND PAPERS IN THE OPERATIONS OF GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATIVE BODIES;
BASED ON DECISION NO. 727/QĐ-BXD OF MAY 26, 2003 OF THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION ON THE ESTABLISHMENT AND DETERMINATION OF THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE INFORMATION CENTER;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSALS OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION'S OFFICE AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION'S INFORMATION CENTER.

Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO WITH THIS DECISION ARE THE "REGULATIONS ON THE TRANSMISSION, RECEIPT AND MANAGEMENT OF EXPLOITATION AND USE OF ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENTS AND PAPERS THROUGH INFORMATION NETWORKS OF THE MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION".
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Environment THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION'S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION'S INFORMATION CENTER; DIRECTORS OF THE CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENTS, URBAN PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURE DEPARTMENTS, PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENTS OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT; CHAIRMEN OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT, GENERAL MANAGERS, DIRECTORS OF STATE ENTERPRISE GROUPS, COMPANIES, AND HEADS OF UNITS SUBORDINATE TO THE MINISTRY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
