THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 57/2002/ND-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Fees and Charges;
Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2006/ND-CP dated March 6, 2006 of the Government amending and supplementing some articles of Decree No. 57/2002/ND-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Fees and Charges;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
After receiving the opinion of the Ministry of Transport at document No. 768/GTVT-TCK dated February 7, 2007;
Based on the proposal of the Director of the Tax Policy Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued together with this Decision is the Table of Collection Levels for the Fee for Using Bai Chay Bridge, National Highway 18, Quang Ninh Province.
Article 2. The objects subject to the collection of the fee for using Bai Chay Bridge, National Highway 18, Quang Ninh Province shall be implemented according to the provisions in Section III Part I of Circular No. 90/2004/TT-BTC dated September 7, 2004 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the collection, submission, management, and utilization of road usage fees (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 90/2004/TT-BTC).
Article 3. The fee for using Bai Chay Bridge, National Highway 18, Quang Ninh Province shall be collected, submitted, managed, and utilized according to the guidance in Section I Part II of Circular No. 90/2004/TT-BTC for state budget-funded national roads.
Article 4. The unit assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of the fee for using Bai Chay Bridge, National Highway 18, Quang Ninh Province shall use the fee collection receipts and fulfill the responsibilities of a fee collection organization according to the guidance in Section I, Section II Part III of Circular No. 90/2004/TT-BTC.
Article 5. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. Other contents related to the collection, submission, management, and utilization of the fee for using Bai Chay Bridge, National Highway 18, Quang Ninh Province not mentioned in this Decision shall be implemented according to the guidance in Circular No. 90/2004/TT-BTC, Circular No. 63/2002/TT-BTC dated July 24, 2002 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of laws and regulations on fees and charges, and Circular No. 45/2006/TT-BTC dated May 25, 2006 of the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing Circular No. 63/2002/TT-BTC.
Article 6. Organizations and individuals within the scope required to pay the fee, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of the fee for using Bai Chay Bridge, National Highway 18, Quang Ninh Province, and relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
