DECISION
Issuing Regulations on Archival Work and Record Management

GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 1997; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 2003;
Pursuant to the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents 1996; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents 2002;
Pursuant to the National Archives Ordinance 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 52/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank;
Pursuant to Decree No. 110/2004/NĐ-CP dated April 8, 2004 of the Government on archival work;
Pursuant to Decree No. 111/2004/NĐ-CP dated April 8, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain articles of the National Archives Ordinance.
At the proposal of the Director of the Office,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Regulations on Archival Work and Record Management are hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. Decision No. 67/NH-QĐ dated September 1, 1978 of the General Director of the State Bank promulgating Provisions on Archival Work within the State Bank System shall be repealed.
Article 3. The Head of the Office and Heads of units under the State Bank are responsible for implementing this Decision.
