THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to Decree No. 189/2007/ND-CP dated December 27, 2007, issued by the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to Decision No. 254/2006/QĐ-TTg dated November 7, 2006 of the Prime Minister on managing cross-border trade activities with neighboring countries;
At the proposal of the Director of the Northern Trade Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Rules on Border Markets, Customs Port Markets, and Markets within Border Economic Zones are hereby issued along with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 08/2006/QĐ-BTM dated January 26, 2006 of the Minister of Trade on issuing the Rules on Border Markets, Customs Port Markets, and Markets within Border Economic Zones on land between Vietnam and neighboring countries.
Article 3. Chairmen of provincial People's Committees, Directors of Industry and Trade Departments of provinces bordering neighboring countries; Heads, Deputy Heads, and members of the Steering Committee for Cross-Border Trade Activities; Heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
