THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Decision No. 01/2007/QD-BLDTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating regulations on the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for higher vocational level;

Considering the proposal of the Appraisal Council regarding the issuance of the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for higher vocational level for the profession "Electrical Testing";

At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,

DECISION:

Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the framework program for intermediate vocational level and the framework program for higher vocational level for the profession: "Electrical Testing";

Based on the above framework programs, the Principals of vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to conduct vocational training at the intermediate and higher levels shall determine, organize the appraisal, and approve the training programs applicable to their institutions.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the Vocational Training Administration, vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to conduct vocational training at the intermediate and higher levels for the profession "Electrical Testing," and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
