CIRCULAR
ISSUING THE "SUPPLEMENTAL LIST OF PLANT VARIETIES PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS IN VIETNAM"

BASED ON Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
BASED ON The Plant Variety Law;
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby issues the Supplemental List of Plant Varieties Permitted for Production and Business in Vietnam,
Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the "Supplemental List of Plant Varieties Permitted for Production and Business in Vietnam" including: 02 corn varieties, 02 cotton varieties, 01 tobacco variety, 01 seedless mandarin variety, and 01 asparagus variety (Annex attached).
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect forty-five days from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Crop Cultivation Department, the Director of the Science, Technology, and Environment Department, the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces, centrally governed cities, and heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Circular.
