BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 12/2002/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 22, 2002 h"b) In addition to the lists of public services issued according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 4 of this Decree, specialized agencies under provincial People's Committees shall report to the provincial People's Committee for decision-making on amending, supplementing, or issuing the list of public services funded by the state budget within their jurisdiction and consistent with the local budget capacity within the approved budget by the Provincial People's Assembly, and send it to the Ministry of Finance and relevant ministries and sectors for supervision during implementation."OF THE GOVERNMENT ON SURVEYING AND MAPPING ACTIVITIES;

the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam National Survey and Mapping Agency and the Department AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM SURVEYING AND MAPPING AGENCY AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT;

THE MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT ISSUES THE LIST OF PLACE NAMES FOR POPULATION, TOPOGRAPHIC, HYDROGRAPHIC, AND ECONOMIC-SOCIAL INFORMATION TO SERVE THE WORK OF ESTABLISHING PROVINCE MAPS related to population, topography, hydrography,ieconomic and social aspects serving the work of creating maps of Tuyen Quang province,

Article 1. This Circular promulgates the List of place names related to population, topography, hydrography, economic and social aspects serving the work of creating maps of Tuyen Quang province.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from October 21, 2013.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
