ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON CONDITIONS FOR AQUATIC FARMING

BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 199/2013/NĐ-CP OF NOVEMBER 26, 2013 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING FOR THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
BASED ON THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Fisheries General Department;
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues the National Technical Regulations on Conditions for Aquatic Farming.
Article 1. Issued together with this Circular are 02 National Technical Regulations on conditions for aquaculture:
1. National Technical Regulation on Shrimp Brackish Water Aquaculture Farms - Conditions for Ensuring Veterinary Sanitation, Environmental Protection, and Food Safety.

2.
