ISSUING TELECOMMUNICATION NUMBER PLAN

Pursuant to the Law on Telecommunications dated November 23, 2009;
Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2011/NĐ-CP dated April 6, 2011, issued by the Government, detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Telecommunications;
Based on Decree No. 132/2013/ND-CP dated October 16, 2013 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;
At the proposal of the Director of the Telecommunications Administration,
THE MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS ISSUES THE CIRCULAR ISSUING THE TELECOMMUNICATION NUMBER PLAN.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE TELECOMMUNICATION NUMBER PLAN AND THE FOLLOWING TABLES: NATIONAL DESTINATION CODE PLANNING TABLE (Annex 1 attached); SUBSCRIBER NUMBER PLANNING TABLE (Annex 2 attached); SERVICE CODE AND NUMBER PLANNING TABLE (Annex 3 attached); TECHNICAL ROUTING CODE PLANNING TABLE (Annex 4 attached).
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM MARCH 1, 2015.
DECISION NO. 52/2006/QĐ-BBCVT DATED DECEMBER 15, 2006 OF THE MINISTER OF POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS ISSUING THE NATIONAL TELEPHONE NUMBERING PLAN AND DECISION NO. 53/2006/QĐ-BBCVT DATED DECEMBER 15, 2006 OF THE MINISTER OF POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS ON ALLOCATION AND USE OF VARIOUS TYPES OF TELECOMMUNICATION CODES AND NUMBERS SHALL BE INVALID FROM THE DATE THIS CIRCULAR TAKES EFFECT.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, DIRECTOR OF THE TELECOMMUNICATION AGENCY, HEADS OF MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS’ ORGANIZATIONS AND UNITS, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE AND CITY LEVEL INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENTS UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
