CIRCULARAMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF CIRCULAR NO. 16/2025/TT-BCT DATED FEBRUARY 1, 2025 OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE ON THE OPERATION OF THE COMPETITIVE WHOLESALE ELECTRICITY MARKET

Issuing the List of Toponyms for Population, Landforms, Hydrography, and Socio-Economic Purposes to Serve the Work of Compiling Maps of the Mainland Territory of Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu Province

Pursuant to DecreeNo. concerning the functions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;June 2024;The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment promulgates this Circular on technical regulations for assessing solid mineral resource potential on land in basic geological surveys for minerals."b) In addition to the lists of public services issued according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 4 of this Decree, specialized agencies under provincial People's Committees shall report to the provincial People's Committee for decision-making on amending, supplementing, or issuing the list of public services funded by the state budget within their jurisdiction and consistent with the local budget capacity within the approved budget by the Provincial People's Assembly, and send it to the Ministry of Finance and relevant ministries and sectors for supervision during implementation."The Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmentngenvironment;

Article 1. The Catalogue of place names, topography, hydrography, economic and social data for the preparation of land maps of Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu Province is hereby promulgated together with this Circular.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from October 18, 2016.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
