Pursuant to the Law on Marine Resources, Environment, and Islands dated June 25, 2015;
BASED ON THE LAW ON SURVEYING AND MAPPING dated June 14, 2018;bmap dated June 14, 2018;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE VIETNAM MARINE AND ISLANDS ADMINISTRATION, THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT;
THE MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ON TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC STANDARDS FOR DRAWING TOPOGRAPHIC MAPS OF THE SEABED AT A SCALE OF 1:5000.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE THE TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC STANDARDS FOR DRAWING TOPOGRAPHIC MAPS OF THE SEABED AT A SCALE OF 1:5000.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 4, 2019.
