Circular No. 22/2022/TT-BCT promulgates the National Technical Regulation on water-resistant ANFO explosive material

CIRCULAR

Issuing National Technical Regulations on Safety of Industrial Explosive Materials - Water-Resistant ANFO Explosives

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to the Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Ammunition, Explosives, and Auxiliary Tools dated June 20, 2017;

Pursuant to the Law on Product Quality dated November 21, 2007;

Pursuant to Decree No. 98/2017/NĐ-CP dated August 18, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing and guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations; and Decree No. 78/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 16, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 detailing and guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing and guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Product Quality; and Decree No. 74/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 detailing and guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Product Quality;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection;

The Minister of Industry and Trade issues this Circular to promulgate National Technical Regulations on Safety of Industrial Explosive Materials - Water-Resistant ANFO Explosives.

Article 1. This Circular annexes National Technical Regulations on Safety of Industrial Explosive Materials - Water-Resistant ANFO Explosives.

Designation: QCVN 12 - 9:2022/BCT.

Article 2. Effective Date

This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2023.

Article 3. Implementation

The Director of the Ministry's Office, Directors of Departments: Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection, Chemicals; Heads of Science and Technology Department; Directors of Industry and Trade Departments of provinces and centrally-administered cities; Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
