Circular No. 22/2025/TT-BNNMT Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of Circulars on Regular Reporting Systems within the Scope of Management under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development

2. Replacing the phrase "Information Technology and Statistics Center" with the phrase "Digital Transformation Department" at Clause 3 Article 9.

3. Replacing the phrase "Department of Agriculture and Rural Development" with the phrase "Department of Agriculture and Rural Environment" throughout the entire content of the templates and statistical tables for reports attached as Appendix I to the Circular.

4. Replacing the phrase "Forest Protection General Department" with the phrase "Forest and Wildlife Inspection Department" throughout the entire content of the templates and statistical tables for reports attached as Appendix I to the Circular.

5. Replacing the phrase "Animal Health Department" with the phrase "Livestock and Animal Health Department" throughout the entire content of the templates and statistical tables for reports attached as Appendix I to the Circular.

"This form is used by plant protection agencies at commune level to collect data for forecasting purposes in weekly reports. Data collected from traps placed in a commune should be reported for that commune."

15. Replacing the phrase "Food Safety Board, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development" with the phrase "Specialized agency under the People's Committee at provincial level" as the entity responsible for reporting in Appendix I and Report Template No. 06 attached to the Circular.

15. Replace the phrase "Food Safety Authority, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development" with the phrase "Professional agency under the Provincial People's Committee" as the entity responsible for reporting in Appendix I and Sample Report Outline number 06 issued together with the Circular.

Article 2. Amending and supplementing some articles of Circular No. 29/2019/TT-BTNMT dated December 31, 2019 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment on the reporting regime for annual reports within the scope of management under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

3. Remove the phrase "district level" from the first part of Appendix I issued together with the Circular.

4. Replace the word "district" with the word "commune" in Item 1.1 of Section 1 of Content II of the first part of Appendix I; Tables 04, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 26 of Appendix II issued together with the Circular.

5. Replace the phrase "commune, district, province" with the phrase "commune, province" in Table 26 of Appendix II issued together with the Circular.

6. Remove the columns "District Level" in Table 02; the column "Annual Land Allocation Plan at District Level" and the column "Land Use Planning at District Level" in Table 04, and the column "District" in Table 19 of Appendix II issued together with the Circular.

Article 3. Effectiveness

This Circular shall take effect from July 1, 2025.

Article 4. Responsibilities for Implementation

1. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, units under the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, Departments of Agriculture and Environment of provinces and centrally governed cities, and related organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
