DECREE-LAW
No. 22 dated September 10, 1945
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PROVISIONAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM GOVERNMENT
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE- LAW:
Article 1: As of the date this decree-law is signed, abolish clause (a) of Article 2 in Decree-Law No. 3 dated September 1, 1945 regarding martial law in Hanoi.
Citizens are permitted to travel at night within the city as usual.
Article 2: The Ministers of Interior and Defense shall implement this decree-law.
