DECISION
Regarding the transfer of Can Tho General Hospital
from the People's Committee of Can Tho City to the Ministry of Health for management
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Can Tho City (Letter No. 1525/UB dated May 11, 2004); the Ministry of Health (Report No. 9509/TTr-BYT dated December 8, 2004); the Ministry of Finance (Letter No. 13385/TC-HCSN dated November 17, 2004);
the Ministry of Home Affairs (Letter No. 3039/BNV-TCBC dated November 26, 2004) regarding the transfer of Can Tho General Hospital from the People's Committee of Can Tho City to the Ministry of Health for management,
DECISION:
Article 1. Transfer Can Tho General Hospital under the management of the People's Committee of Can Tho City to the Ministry of Health.
Article 2. Entrust the Chairman of the People's Committee of Can Tho City and the Minister of Health to organize and direct the implementation of the handover and reception of Can Tho General Hospital in its current state; during the handover process, all medical examination and treatment activities of the hospital must be maintained normally.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
The Ministers of Health, Planning and Investment, Home Affairs, Finance, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Can Tho City are responsible for implementing this Decision.
