OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NUMBER 220 DATED NOVEMBER 26, 1946
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 12 dated January 24, 1946;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 32 dated March 22, 1946;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 61 dated May 6, 1946;
At the proposal of the Minister of Economy;
After deliberation by the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1. The Ministry of Economy shall consist of :
- An Office and its subordinate departments
- Departments for specific tasks
- A Supervisory Board
- An Economic Advisory Board
Article 2. It organizes and oversees:
a) Provincial economic offices
b) Directly subordinate specialized departments :
1) The Permanent Department
2) The Mineral Resources and Industry Department
3) The Supply Department
Article 3. Decree-Law No. 61 dated May 6, 1946 is hereby repealed.
Article 4. The Ministers of Economy, Interior, and Finance are responsible for implementing this Decree-Law./.
