BASED ON DECREE NO. 01/2008/ND-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT DATED JANUARY 3, 2008 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT; DECREE NO. 75/2009/ND-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 10, 2009 AMENDING DECREE NO. 01/2008/ND-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT DATED JANUARY 3, 2008 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;

ISSUED WITH THIS DECISION IS THE "IMPLEMENTATION PLAN FOR DECREE NO. 55/2011/ND-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT DATED JULY 4, 2011 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE LEGAL ORGANIZATION".
Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2011/NĐ-CP dated July 4, 2011 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of legal affairs bodies;
At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 2. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT'S AFFILIATED BODIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Director of the Legal Department, and the Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
