MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE
Pursuant to Decree No. 16/2008/L-CTN dated July 16, 2008 of the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the reorganization of the Military Zone of Hanoi Capital into the Command of Hanoi Capital;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/2005/NĐ-CP dated April 11, 2005 of the Government on civil enforcement management agencies, civil enforcement agencies, and civil enforcement officers and civil servants;
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2008/NĐ-CP dated September 16, 2008 of the Government on the Functions, Tasks, Authorities, and Organizational Structure of the Ministry of National Defense;
CONSIDERING the proposal of the General Staff;
DECISION:
Article 1. The Civil Enforcement Office of the Military Zone of Hanoi Capital shall be renamed as the Civil Enforcement Office of the Command of Hanoi Capital.
Article 2.
1. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
2. The Chief of General Staff, Heads of Services, and Heads of relevant agencies and units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
