DECREE-LAW
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NUMBER 221 DATED NOVEMBER 27, 1946
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
- Considering the matter of establishing the Ministry of Social Relief in the current government recognized by the National Assembly on November 3, 1946;
- Considering Decree-Law No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 organizing ministries within the Government of Vietnam;
- Considering the proposal of the Minister of Social Relief;
- After deliberation by the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE- LAW:
Article 1. Appoints:
Mr. Huu Duong, Bachelor of Law, to serve as Director of Affairs for the Ministry of Social Relief.
Article 2. The Minister of Social Relief shall be responsible for implementing this Decree-Law.
