NO.: 223 DATE: AUGUST 20, 1948
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 29/BSL dated March 16, 1947 establishing the Foreign Trade Bureau;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 54/SL dated June 1, 1947 restructuring the Foreign Trade Bureau;
At the proposal of the Minister of Economy;
After deliberation by the Council of Ministers and the Standing Committee of the National Assembly,
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1
The second article of Decree-Law No. 54/SL dated June 1, 1947 is hereby amended as follows;
"Article 2: The Foreign Trade Bureau shall be headed by a Director who will have an Assistant Director, a Secretary General and a Treasurer to assist him. The Director shall be appointed by decree."
Article 2
The Minister of Economy is hereby instructed to implement this Decree-Law.
