Issuing the Plan to implement the Decree No. 74/2009/ND-CP dated September 9, 2009 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Civil Enforcement Law regarding the civil enforcement management agency, the civil enforcement agency, and civil enforcement officers.
THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE
Pursuant to the Civil Enforcement Law on November 14, 2008;
Pursuant to Decree No. 93/2008/NĐ-CP dated August 22, 2008, promulgated by the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Civil Enforcement Agency,
DECISION:

Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the Plan to implement the Decree No. 74/2009/ND-CP dated September 9, 2009 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Civil Enforcement Law regarding the civil enforcement management agency, the civil enforcement agency, and civil enforcement officers.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Civil Enforcement Agency, Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Civil Enforcement Agencies under the Ministry of National Defense, Directors of Departments of Justice, Heads of local civil enforcement agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
