OF NOVEMBER 17, 1998 ON THE ADDITION OF THE OBJECTIVE OF PREVENTING AND COMBATING CHILD MALNUTRITION TO THE NATIONAL TARGET PROGRAM FOR THE ELIMINATION OF CERTAIN SOCIAL DISEASES AND DANGEROUS EPIDEMICS

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Law on Health Care for the People issued on June 30, 1989;
Pursuant to Decision No. 531/TTg dated August 8, 1996 of the Prime Minister;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Health (Report No. 7311/TTr-BYT dated October 19, 1998) and the Minister of Planning and Investment (Letter No. 6605/BKH-LĐVX dated September 25, 1998),
DECISION:
Article 1. To supplement the objective of preventing and combating child malnutrition into the National Target Program for the Elimination of Certain Social Diseases and Dangerous Epidemics under the direct management of the Ministry of Health.
The budget for the activities of the objective of preventing and combating child malnutrition shall be detailed and allocated in the annual plan.
Article 2. The sources of investment for the objective include:
- State budget.
- Official Development Assistance (ODA) funds.
- Other legitimate sources.
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 4. The Ministers of Health, Planning and Investment, and Finance are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
