GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

On the basis of the State Bank Law on May 23, 1990;

On the basis of Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, rights, and responsibilities of state administration by ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

DECISION:

Article 1. Now supplements Article 27 of Decision No. 184/NH-QĐ dated October 10, 1991 as follows:

The State Bank Inspector when performing the task of supervising the warehouse may enter and exit the currency warehouse together with the Warehouse Management Board at the Central Bank's currency warehouse and the currency warehouses of the State Bank branches in provinces and cities.

The Inspector has the task of supervising and controlling the issuance and receipt of goods in the warehouse; the components and persons entering and exiting the warehouse; the preservation and use of the warehouse keys.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

Article 3. The General Inspector of the State Bank, the Director of the Legal Affairs Department - Warehouse and Fund, the Director of the State Bank Branches in provinces and cities, and related units are responsible for implementing this decision.
