TO IMPLEMENT THE MERGER OF THE MINISTRY OF AQUATIC RESOURCES WITH THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT BASED ON THE EXTENDED MEETING OF THE LEADERSHIP OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT HELD ON AUGUST 6, 2007;
MERGE THE ORGANIZATION AND STAFF AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF AQUATIC RESOURCES AND THE ORGANIZATION AND STAFF AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT INTO THE ORGANIZATION AND STAFF AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT UNDER THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT.
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. THE HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION AND STAFF AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF AQUATIC RESOURCES AND THE HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION AND STAFF AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDING OVER THE ORGANIZATION AND STAFF AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF AQUATIC RESOURCES AND THE ORGANIZATION AND STAFF AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT IN THEIR CURRENT STATE TO THE HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION AND STAFF AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT.
Article 2. ASSIGN THE HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION AND STAFF AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT TO ORGANIZE THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE ORGANIZATION AND STAFF AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH NEW REGULATIONS, SUBMIT THEM TO THE MINISTER FOR ISSUANCE AND IMPLEMENTATION.
THE CHIEF OF THE MINISTRY'S GENERAL OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION AND STAFF AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEADS OF ALL DEPARTMENTS AND UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 4. The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Department, and the Heads of the Ministries’ agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
