OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NUMBER 225 OF NOVEMBER 26, 1946
PRESIDENT OF THE VIETNAM DEMOCRATIC REPUBLICIC GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the declaration of August 28, 1945 on the establishment of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 57 dated May 5, 1946 on the appointment of senior officials of each ministry in the Government of Vietnam and the affiliated agencies of each ministry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 119 dated July 9, 1946 on the organization of the Ministry of National Education;
Pursuant to Decree No. 120 dated July 9, 1946 on the appointment of senior officials of the Ministry of National Education and their affiliated agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 137 dated July 24, 1946 fixing the monthly allowances for senior officials in ministries;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of National Education;
After the Council of Ministers has agreed,
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1. Now appoints:
Dr. Ho Dac Di, Medical Doctor, Senior Medical Officer Grade III (old European scale), assumes the position of Director General of University Affairs, replacing Mr. Nguyen Van Huyen.
Mr. Nguyen Nu Kontum, Professor with a Master's Degree, Grade I (old European scale), assumes the position of Director of Administrative Affairs of the Ministry of National Education, replacing Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu who holds another position.
Mr. Hoang Thieu Son assumes the position of Chief of the Office of the Ministry of National Education.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu, Professor, Grade I, Primary School Level (old European scale), former Director of Administrative Affairs of the Ministry of National Education, assumes the position of Inspector General of Secondary Education, replacing Mr. Duong Quang Ham, Professor, Senior Grade I, Primary School Level (old European scale), now under the authority of the Minister of National Education for appointment.
Article 2. Mr. Hoang Thieu Son, Chief of the Office of the Ministry of National Education, shall receive a monthly position allowance of 400 dong, and if he has a family, he shall also receive an additional family allowance equal to half of the aforementioned position allowance.
Article 3. The Ministers of Interior and National Education shall implement this decree.
