Regarding the announcement of the List of legal normative documents
issued by the Ministry of Finance that have ceased to be legally effective

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents dated June 3, 2008;
Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2009/ND-CP dated March 5, 2009 of the Government detailing and providing implementation measures for the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2008/ND-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Annexe to this Decision is the List of legal normative documents issued by the Ministry of Finance within its authority that have ceased to be legally effective (Annex).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and organizations and units under the Ministry of Finance are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
