THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2012/NĐ-CP dated November 12, 2012, of the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Based on the Electricity Law dated December 3, 2004, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Electricity Law dated November 20, 2012;
Based on Decree No. 137/2013/NĐ-CP dated October 21, 2013, issued by the Government, detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Electricity Law and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Electricity Law;
Pursuant to Decision No. 69/2013/QD-TTg dated November 19, 2013 of the Prime Minister regarding the mechanism for adjusting the average electricity sales price;
Based on Decision No. 28/2014/QĐ-TTg dated April 7, 2014 of the Prime Minister on the structure of the retail electricity price list;
Pursuant to Circular No. 16/2014/TT-BCT dated May 29, 2014 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on implementing electricity sales prices;
At the proposal of the Director of the Electricity Regulatory Authority,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issuing retail electricity prices for various customer groups and electricity sales prices for electricity retailers attached to this Decision. The electricity sales prices specified in the Appendix to this Decision do not include value-added tax.
Article 2. The average retail electricity price is VND 1,622.01/kWh (excluding value-added tax).
Article 3. Effective date for electricity sales prices: from March 16, 2015.
Article 4. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Electricity Regulatory Authority, the General Director of Vietnam Electricity Corporation, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
