Regarding supplementing Decision No. 4381/2001/QĐ-BGTVT dated December 19, 2001 19/12/2001

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION
Based on the Road Traffic Law dated 29/6/2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated 04/6/2003 của Chính phủ quy định chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và cơ cấu tổ chức của Bộ Giao thông vận tải;
Considering the proposal of the Director General of the Vietnam Road Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. Supplementing the registration code and issuing license plates for specialized motorcycles of newly established provinces and cities to Appendix 2, Point 2.3, Section 2 of Decision No. 4381/2001/QĐ-BGTVT dated December 19, 2001 of the Minister of Transport on regulations for issuing registration certificates and license plates for specialized motorcycles participating in road traffic as follows:

Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of the Legal Department, the Transport Department, the Science and Technology Department, the Director General of the Vietnam Road Administration, the Director General of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency, the Directors of the Departments of Transport and Public Works of the provinces and centrally governed cities, and the heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals related to this matter are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
