CHAIRMAN OF THE COUNCIL 226/SL

PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the resolution of the Council of Ministers establishing the Military Administration Committee for the city of Hai Phong;
At the proposal of the Ministry of National Defense - Chief Commander and the Ministry of Interior,
ISSUES THIS DECREE-LAW:
Article 1: The following individuals are hereby appointed to the Military Administration Committee of the city of Hai Phong:
- Mr. Do Muoi, Chairman
- Lieutenant General Hoang Sam, Vice-Chairman
- Vu Quoc Uy, Member
- To Duy, Member
- Tran Kien, Member
Article 2: The Minister of National Defense - Chief Commander and the Minister of Interior shall implement this decree-law.
