PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government dated December 21, 2001;

Pursuant to Decision No. 235/1999/QĐ-TTg dated December 23, 1999 of the Prime Minister establishing the Steering Committee for the movement campaign "All people unite to build a civilized cultural life";

Pursuant to Decision No. 639/2005/QĐ-TTg dated July 5, 2005 of the Prime Minister regarding the list of members of the Steering Committee for the movement campaign "All people unite to build a civilized cultural life";

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Culture and Information, Chairman of the Steering Committee for the movement campaign "All people unite to build a civilized cultural life",

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Regulation on the organization and operation of the Steering Committee for the movement campaign "All people unite to build a civilized cultural life" attached hereto.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. Members of the Steering Committee for the movement campaign "All people unite to build a civilized cultural life", Chairmen of People's Committees, Chairmen of Steering Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
