DECREE-LAW

PRESIDENTIAL DECREELAW NO. 227/SL DATED APRIL 29, 1955

PRESIDENT OF THE VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 254-SL dated November 19, 1948 on the organization of local people's administration;

At the proposal of the Minister of Interior Affairs,

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE- LAW:

Article 1: The following individuals are hereby appointed to the Administrative Committee of Hong Quang District:

- Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Dam, former Chairman of the Special Zone of Hong Gai: Chairman

- Mr. Pham Hoanh, former Political Officer of the People's Militia of the Special Zone of Hong Gai: Vice-Chairman

- Mr. Hoang Luong, former Member of the Administrative Committee of Quang Yen District: Member

- Mr. Bui Thuy, Trade Union Cadre of Quang Yen: Member; Dr. Le Van Co: Member

- Mr. Le Van Quyen, former Chairman of the Administrative Committee of Côn Đảo and Hòn Gai Districts: Member

- Mr. Trinh Nguyen, former Political Officer of the Quang Yen Provincial Militia Battalion: Military Member.

Article 2: The Minister of Interior Affairs shall implement this Decree-Law.
