Pursuant to the Decree No. 68/CP dated October 11, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to Decision No. 370/2002/QĐ-BYT dated February 7, 2002 of the Minister of Health on the issuance of the national standards for rural health services for the period 2001-2010;
Pursuant to Decision No. 437/QĐ-BYT dated February 20, 2002 of the Minister of Health on the issuance of the list of medical equipment for provincial general hospitals, district general hospitals, regional outpatient clinics, and village health stations;
Considering the report No. 57/TTBYT-TKM dated June 10, 2002 of the Director of the Institute of Medical Equipment and Health Facilities requesting amendments and supplements to the industry standard for the design of primary health care stations 52/TCN-CTYT 0001:2000;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Medical Equipment and Health Facilities;

Article 1. Now hereby promulgating with this Decision Standard 52 CN-CTYT 0001:2002 Primary Health Care Station - Design Standard (Amended and supplemented in June 2002), replacing Standard 52 TCN-CTYT 0001:2000.
Article 2. The Directors of Provincial Health Departments under central cities shall base on this primary health care station design standard to construct new stations or apply it to renovate old and deteriorated stations.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance and replaces Decision No. 4009/QĐ-BYT dated November 10, 2000 of the Minister of Health.
Article 4. The Heads of the Office, Department Heads of the Departments of Medical Equipment - Health Facilities, Planning Department, Treatment Department, and related Departments of the Ministry of Health; Directors of Provincial Health Departments under central cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
