Pursuant to the Government Organization Law adopted by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, tenth session, tenth meeting, on December 25, 2001;

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
To implement the consolidation of the Ministry of Fisheries with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development based on the expanded meeting of the leadership of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development held on August 6, 2007;
Consolidate the Legal Affairs Department of the Ministry of Fisheries and the Legal Affairs Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development into the Legal Affairs Department under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Heads of the Legal Affairs Department of the Ministry of Fisheries and the Legal Affairs Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shall be responsible for transferring the Legal Affairs Department of the Ministry of Fisheries and the Legal Affairs Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development intact to the Head of the Legal Affairs Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Article 2. Assign the Head of the Legal Affairs Department to organize the establishment of the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Legal Affairs Department in accordance with new regulations, submit them to the Minister for promulgation, and organize their implementation.
The Deputy Minister in charge of the Office of the Ministry, the Heads of the Cadre and Civil Service Organization Department and the Legal Affairs Department, and the Heads of the agencies and units under the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 4. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Head of the Cadre Organization Department, the Head of the Legal Department, and the Heads of the agencies and units under the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.The Office Director of the Ministry, the Head of the Cadre Organization Department, the Head of the Legal Affairs Department, and the Heads of other agencies and units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
