THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government adopted by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its tenth session, tenth meeting, December 25, 2001;
To implement the consolidation of the Ministry of Fisheries with the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development based on the expanded meeting of the leadership of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development held on August 6, 2007;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Fisheries and the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shall be consolidated into the International Cooperation Department under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Article 2. The Director of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Fisheries and the Director of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shall be responsible for transferring the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Fisheries and the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development intact to the Director of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Assign the Director of the International Cooperation Department to organize the establishment of the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the International Cooperation Department in accordance with new regulations, submit them to the Minister for promulgation, and organize their implementation.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 4. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Organization Department, the Director of the International Cooperation Department, and the heads of agencies and units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
