GENERAL INSPECTOR

Pursuant to the Inspection Law 2004;

Pursuant to the Complaints and Accusations Law 1998, amended in 2004 and 2005; Petitions and Complaints Pursuant to the National Archives Law dated April 4, 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 111/2004/ND-CP dated April 8, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the National Archives Law.

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Government Inspectorate Office

Issuing along with this Decision the "Regulations on the Establishment and Management of Inspection Files, Complaint Resolution Files, and Accusation Resolution Files".,

DECISION:

Article 1. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette./.

Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette./.
