DECREE
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NUMBER 228 DATE JULY 12, 1947
PRIME MINISTER
PURSUANT TO DECREE NO. 47-SL OF MAY 1, 1947, ORGANIZING THE GENERAL HEADQUARTERS;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE GENERAL COMMANDER OF THE NATIONAL VIETNAMESE ARMED FORCES, THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE CONCURRED;
PURSUANT TO THE NECESSITY IN THE RESISTANCE PERIOD;
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1
APPOINT MR. NGUYEN SON AS THE COMMANDER OF ZONE IV, REPLACING MAJOR GENERAL LE THIET HUNG WHO IS TRANSFERRED ELSEWHERE.
Article 2
THIS APPOINTMENT SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JULY 10, 1947.
Article 3
THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE AND THE GENERAL COMMANDER OF THE NATIONAL VIETNAMESE ARMED FORCES SHALL ENFORCE THIS DECREE.
