Vietnam Fishing Company Chien Thang and Chien Thang Export Processing Enterprise under the Ministry of Fisheries

Pursuant to the Inspection Ordinance dated April 1, 1990 of the State Council;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 244/HĐBT dated May 30, 1990 of the Council of Ministers on the organization of the state inspection system and measures to ensure the operation of inspections;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;
Pursuant to the regulations on the organization and operation of the Financial Inspection Department issued pursuant to Decision No. 173 TC/QĐ/TCCB dated May 21, 1991 of the Minister of Finance,

Article 1: The financial inspection of Vietnam Fishing Company Chien Thang and Chien Thang Export Processing Enterprise with the following contents:
1. Management, use, and preservation of capital sources, including state budget capital and supplementary capital sources.
2. Compliance with state regulations on cost accounting and circulation fees; Accounting and reporting of financial results in business operations; Establishment and use of funds.
3. Compliance with discipline in state budget revenue collection and state financial policies, regulations.
Article 2: A financial inspection team shall be established to conduct inspections according to the content recorded in Article 1. The inspection team shall be led by Mr. Dang Ngoc Tuyen - Deputy Director of the National Financial Inspection Department of the Ministry of Finance; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Da - Financial Inspector as Deputy Team Leader, and the following officers:
- Mr. Nguyen Dak Khanh - Officer of the National Financial Inspection Department
- Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang - Officer of the National Financial Inspection Department as team member.
Article 3: The inspection period covers the years 1992, 1993, and 1994, and other periods if related to the inspection content.
The inspection process will take 60 days, starting from the date when the inspection team receives the documents for inspection.
Article 4: The financial inspection team has the powers stipulated in Clause 2, Article 14, Chapter 2 of the Inspection Ordinance, Article 10, Chapter 2 of the regulations on the organization and operation of the Financial Inspection Department issued together with Decision No. 173 TC/QĐ/TCCB dated May 21, 1991, and the operational regulations of the Financial Inspection Team issued together with Decision No. 374 TC/QĐ/TTr dated June 21, 1993 of the Minister of Finance.
The inspection team leader is responsible for working with Vietnam Fishing Company Chien Thang and Chien Thang Export Processing Enterprise regarding issues related to the implementation of this inspection decision.
Article 5Vietnam Fishing Company Chien Thang and Chien Thang Export Processing Enterprise are responsible for providing complete, timely, and truthful bookkeeping records and relevant data as required by the inspection team, creating all necessary conditions for the inspection team to fulfill its mission.
Article 6: This decision replaces Decision No. 187 TC/QĐ/TTr dated March 15, 1995 for inspection. The Financial Inspection Department, the inspection team, the Cadre Organization Department, the Office of the Ministry of Finance, the Financial Affairs Management Department of the Ministry of Finance, Vietnam Fishing Company Chien Thang, and Chien Thang Export Processing Enterprise under the Ministry of Fisheries are responsible for implementing this decision./.
