THE MINISTER OF TRADE

On the basis of Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;

BASED ON THE DECISION NO. 50/2005/QĐ-TTg OF MARCH 11, 2005, OF THE GOVERNMENT PRIME MINISTER ON THE ESTABLISHMENT AND ISSUANCE OF THE REGULATIONS ON THE OPERATION OF THE DUNG QUAT ECONOMIC ZONE IN QUANG NGAI PROVINCE;

BASED ON THE DECISION NO. 72/2005/QĐ-TTg OF APRIL 5, 2005, OF THE GOVERNMENT PRIME MINISTER ON THE ESTABLISHMENT AND DEFINITION OF FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD OF THE DUNG QUAT ECONOMIC ZONE;

At the proposal of the Director of the Import-Export Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. AMENDING ANNEX 3 OF THE REGULATIONS ON ISSUING CERTIFICATES OF ORIGIN FOR VIETNAMESE GOODS - MODEL D TO ENJOY BENEFITS UNDER THE "AGREEMENT ON THE GRANT OF PREFERENTIAL TARIFFS WITH MUTUAL EFFECTIVENESS (CEPT) FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ASEAN FREE TRADE AREA" AS FOLLOWS:

AMENDING THE NAME FROM "MANAGEMENT BOARD OF DUNG QUAT INDUSTRIAL PARKS" TO "MANAGEMENT BOARD OF DUNG QUAT ECONOMIC ZONE"

Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 3. MR. DEPARTMENT HEAD OF THE IMPORT-EXPORT DEPARTMENT, DEPARTMENT HEADS, HEADS OF RELEVANT UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF TRADE, RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
