OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

NUMBER 229 DATED NOVEMBER 30, 1946

 

THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the resolution of the National Assembly of Vietnam establishing the Government on...

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 34 dated March 25, 1946 organizing the Ministry of Defense,

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 60 dated May 6, 1946 organizing the Military Commission,

At the proposal of the Minister of Defense,

 

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE- LAW:

Article 1. All military agencies throughout Vietnam shall be under the authority of the Ministry of Defense.

Article 2. Any Decree-Laws and Decrees inconsistent with this Decree-Law are hereby repealed.

Article 3. The Minister of Defense and the Secretary of the Chairman's Office shall implement this Decree-Law./.
