DECREE-LAW
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NUMBER 299 DATED JULY 18, 1947
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 47-SL dated May 1, 1947 organizing the General Command;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Chief Commander of the National Army of Vietnam, the Minister of Defense agrees;
Considering the necessity during the resistance period;
ISSUES THE DECREE-LAW:
Article 1
Lieutenant General Lê Thiết Hùng, former Zone Commander of Zone IV, is now assigned to work at the General Command.
Article 2
Lieutenant General Lê Thiết Hùng will be responsible for inspecting the National Army of Vietnam.
Article 3
This appointment shall take effect from July 10, 1947.
Article 4
The Minister of Defense and Chief Commander of the National Army of Vietnam shall implement this Decree-Law.
