DECREE
Regarding the establishment of Tien Phong Commune under Yen Hung District, Quang Ninh Province
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1.- Now establish Tien Phong Commune under Yen Hung District, Quang Ninh Province based on 1,117.77 hectares of natural area and 1,364 population from Lieu Vi Commune; 523.23 hectares of natural area from Lieu Hoa Commune.
Tien Phong Commune has 1,641 hectares of natural area and 1,364 population.
Administrative boundaries of Tien Phong Commune: East borders with Hoang Tan and Tu Chan (Ha Long City) Communes; West borders with Lieu Vi Commune; South borders with Nghia Lo Commune (Cat Hai District, Hai Phong City); North borders with Lieu Hoa and Lieu Vi Communes.
After the adjustment of administrative boundaries:
Lieu Vi Commune has 3,258.02 hectares of natural area and 8,453 population.
Lieu Hoa Commune has 3,132.4 hectares of natural area (population remains unchanged).
Article 2.- This Decree takes effect fifteen days after its issuance. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are abolished.
Article 3.- The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh Province, the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government, and Heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree.
