DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
APPROVING THE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN FOR A 40-HOUR WORK WEEK REGIME

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 4, 1994 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to the guidance of the Government in Circular No. 880/CP-VX dated August 20, 1999 regarding the preparation for implementing a 40-hour work week;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Personnel Department,
DECISION:
Article 1:APPROVES THE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN FOR A 40-HOUR WORK WEEK REGIME WITH THE CONTENTS ACCOMPANYING THIS DECISION.
Article 2: Heads of functional departments shall be responsible for guiding subordinate agencies and units under the Ministry to develop plans and implement the plan.
Article 3: Done: The Minister of Construction, Director of the Personnel Department, Heads of Departments, Bureaus, and Units related to the Ministry shall be responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
