Approving the electoral units and the number of provincial People's Council representatives for the supplementary election term 1999-2004 of Quang Ngai Province
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, Article 11, and Article 59 of the Law on Elections of People's Council Deputies (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province in Document No. 290/UB dated March 7, 2002, and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government in Proposal No. 68/TTr-BTCCBCP dated March 18, 2002,
DECREE:
Clause 4 of Article 6Approving the supplementary election of two (2) provincial People's Council representatives elected from Electoral Unit No. 6 in Son Tinh District and Electoral Unit No. 9 in Quang Ngai City, Quang Ngai Province.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe Chairperson of the People's Council, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai Province; the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
